Dubbed by NBC News as the “prodigy of drug politics,” author, consultant, advisor to three U.S. presidential administrations, and assistant professor, Kevin A. Sabet, Ph.D., has studied, researched, written about, and implemented drug policy for more than 20 years. He is currently the President and CEO of SAM (Smart Approaches to Marijuana), a non-profit organization he founded with Congressman Patrick Kennedy and David Frum. His book, Reefer Sanity: Seven Great Myths About Marijuana, was published by Beaufort (Midpoint) in 2013, and will be released in its second edition at the end of 2017. He is also the co-editor of Marijuana and Contemporary Health, published by Oxford University Press, and an assistant adjunct professor at Yale University and an institute director at the University of Florida.

Kevin got his master’s degree on mathematics from the University of British Columbia (UBC) in 2013. He was a lecturer in a university for 7 years and founded an educational corporation in Vancouver in 2016.

Director of Public Relations and Human Resources


Jenny holds a finance degree and an MPA from Columbia University. She brings extensive experience in finance and policy analysis, having served as an auditor, founded an education institution, and worked as an investment director and policy analyst. As a co-founder of the Responsible Drug Learning Association, she is committed to providing the community with evidence-based drug information. In her free time, Jenny enjoys cycling and soccer.

Director of Information Technology


Will got his computer science bachelor's degree from Simon Fraser University and in the final year of computer science master's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a senior software engineer with 10+ software industry experience, familiar with cloud computing, web development, machine learning and AI.

Eric got a bachelor’s degree in business and a CPA designation earned in 2018, extensive experience in public practice has been developed. As a dedicated husband and father, personal time is spent enjoying basketball.
